SEC. 204. ACADEMY PAY, ALLOWANCES, AND EMOLUMENTS. Section 195 of title 14, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking “person” each place it appears and inserting “foreign national”; and (2) by striking “pay and allowances” each place it appears and inserting “pay, allowances, and emoluments”.
