VESSEL DETERMINATIONS.

SEC. 707. VESSEL DETERMINATIONS. The vessel with United States official number 981472 and the vessel with United States official number 988333 shall each be deemed to be a new vessel effective on the date of delivery after January 1, 2008, from a privately owned United States shipyard if no encumbrances are on record with the Coast Guard at the time of the issuance of the new vessel certificate of documentation for each vessel.
