SEC. 343. COMPTROLLER GENERAL REVIEW OF ANNUAL DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE REPORT ON PREPOSITIONED MATERIEL AND EQUIPMENT. Section 2229a(b)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— (1) by striking “By not later than 120 days after the date on which a report is submitted under subsection (a), the” and inserting “The”; and (2) by striking “the report” and inserting “each report submitted under subsection (a)”.
