SEC. 568. SENSE OF CONGRESS REGARDING SUPPORT FOR YELLOW RIBBON DAY. Congress supports the goals and ideals of Yellow Ribbon Day in honor of members of the Armed Forces and other individuals of the United States who are serving overseas apart from their families and loved ones.
