SEC. 1216. EXTENSION AND MODIFICATION OF LOGISTICAL SUPPORT FOR COALITION FORCES SUPPORTING CERTAIN UNITED STATES MILITARY OPERATIONS. (a) Extension.—Section 1234 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (Public Law 110-181; 122 Stat. 394), as most recently amended by section 1211 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (Public Law 112-81; 125 Stat. 1629)), is further amended by striking “fiscal year 2012” each place it appears and inserting “fiscal year 2013”. (b) Repeal of Authority for Use of Funds in Connection With Iraq.— (1) In general.—Subsection (a) of such section 1234, as so amended, is further amended by striking “Iraq and”. (2) Conforming amendment.—The heading of such section 1234 is amended by striking “iraq and”.
