SEC. 1654. NOTICES OF SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITIES. Section 8(k)(1) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 637(k)(1)) is amended by striking “in the Commerce Business Daily” and inserting “on the appropriate Federal Web site (as determined by the Administrator)”.
