SEC. 104. EXPIRATION. (a) Repealer.—Section 275 of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 is repealed. (b) [2 U.S.C. 902 note] Conforming Change.—Sections 252(d)(1), 254(c), 254(f)(3), and 254(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 shall not apply to the Congressional Budget Office.
