SEC. 101. WORLDWIDE LEVELS. (a) In General.—[Omitted; revised entire text of section 201.] (b) Clerical Amendment.—[Omitted; conforming amendment to table of contents.] (c) Transition.—In applying the second sentence of section 201(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (as amended by subsection (a)) in the case of a alien whose citizen spouse died before the date of the enactment of this Act, notwithstanding the deadline specified in such sentence the alien spouse may file the classification petition referred to in such sentence within 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act.
