740.Unobligated balances not to exceed $31,000,000 for the Emergency Watershed Protection Program provided in Public Law 108-199, Public Law 109-234, and Public Law 110-28 shall be available for the purposes of such program for disasters occurring in 2011, and shall remain available until expended: Provided, That the amounts made available by this section are designated by Congress as being for an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (Public Law 99-177), as amended.
