236.Of the unobligated balances remaining from funds appropriated under the heading Tenant-Based Rental Assistance under the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011, $650,000,000 are rescinded from the $4,000,000,000 which are available on October 1, 2011: Provided, That such amounts may be derived from reductions to public housing agencies’ calendar year 2012 allocations based on the excess amounts of public housing agencies’ net restricted assets accounts, including the net restricted assets of MTW agencies (in accordance with VMS data in calendar year 2011 that is verifiable and complete), as determined by the Secretary.
