169B.All bus new fixed guideway capital projects recommended in the President’s fiscal year 2012 budget request for funds appropriated under the Capital Investment Grants heading in this Act or any other Act shall be funded instead from amounts allocated under 49 U.S.C. 5309(m)(2)(C): Provided, That all such projects shall remain subject to the appropriate requirements of 49 U.S.C. 5309(d) and (e).
