SEC. 305. APPORTIONMENT BASED ON FIXED GUIDEWAY FACTORS. Section 5337 of title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking “2010” and inserting “2011”; and (2) by striking subsection (g).
