8106.The Office of the Director of National Intelligence shall not employ more Senior Executive employees than are specified in the classified annex: Provided, That not later than 90 days after the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees the Office of the Director of National Intelligence strategic human capital plan and the Office of Director of National Intelligence current and future grade structure, to include General Schedule 15 positions.
