8109.The Inspector General of the Department of Defense shall conduct a review of Anti-deficiency Act violations and their causes in the Department of Defense Military Personnel accounts. Based on the findings of the review, the Inspector General shall submit to the congressional defense committees a report containing the results of the review and recommendations for corrective actions to be implemented.
