528.Within 120 days of enactment, the General Services Administration shall submit a detailed report to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate that describes each program, project, or activity that is funded by appropriations to General Services Administration but is not under the control or direction, in statute or in practice, of the Administrator of General Services.
