SEC. 1111. [12 U.S.C. 3340] TIME FOR PROPOSAL AND ADOPTION OF STANDARDS. Appraisal standards established under this title shall be proposed not later than 6 months and shall be adopted in final form and become effective not later than 12 months after the date of the enactment of this Act.
