226.Of the amounts available in this title for Medical services, Medical support and compliance, and Medical facilities, a minimum of $15,000,000, shall be transferred to the DOD-VA Health Care Sharing Incentive Fund, as authorized by section 8111(d) of title 38, United States Code, to remain available until expended, for any purpose authorized by section 8111 of title 38, United States Code.
