7061.(a)Funds appropriated under the headings Global Health Programs, Development Assistance, Economic Support Fund, and International Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement in this Act shall be made available for gender-based violence prevention and response efforts, and funds appropriated under the headings International Disaster Assistance, Complex Crises Fund, and Migration and Refugee Assistance should be made available for such efforts.(b)Programs and activities funded under titles III and IV of this Act to train foreign police, judicial, and military personnel, including for international peacekeeping operations, shall address, where appropriate, prevention and response to gender-based violence and trafficking in persons.
