7084.Up to $36,000,000 of funds appropriated for the account Department of the Treasury, Debt Restructuring by the Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011 (Public Law 112-10, Division B) may be made available for the United States share of an increase in the resources of the Fund for Special Operations of the Inter-American Development Bank in furtherance of debt relief provided to Haiti in view of the Cancun Declaration of March 21, 2010.
