SEC. 349. MODIFICATION OF REPORT ON PROCUREMENT OF MILITARY WORKING DOGS. Subsection (c) of section 358 of the Duncan Hunter National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2009 (Public Law 110-417; 122 Stat. 4427; 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) is amended— (1) in the subsection heading by striking “Annual Report” and inserting “Biennial Report”; (2) by striking “annually thereafter for each of the following five years” and inserting “biennially thereafter”; (3) by striking “for the fiscal year preceding” and inserting “for the two fiscal years preceding”; (4) by striking the second sentence; and (5) by striking “for the fiscal year covered by the report” and inserting “for the period covered by the report”.
