SEC. 844. [10 U.S.C. 2302 note] COMPETITION AND REVIEW OF CONTRACTS FOR PROPERTY OR SERVICES IN SUPPORT OF A CONTINGENCY OPERATION. Section 863(a)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (110-181; 10 U.S.C. 2302 note) is amended— (1) by redesignating subparagraphs (F) through (H) as subparagraphs (G) through (I), respectively; and (2) by inserting after subparagraph (E) the following new subparagraph: “(F) Percentage of contracts awarded on a competitive basis as compared to established goals for competition in contingency contracting actions.” .
