SEVERABILITY.
SEC. 401. SEVERABILITY.
If any provision of this Act, or an amendment made by this Act, or the application of such provision to any person or circumstances is held to be invalid, the remainder of this Act and the amendments made by this Act, and the application of such provision to other persons and circumstances, shall not be affected.[42 U.S.C. 1981 nt]
