SEC. 2306. EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATION OF CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2009 PROJECT. (a) Extension.—The authorization set forth in the table in subsection (b), as provided for by title X of the Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2009 (Public Law 111-32; 123 Stat. 1888) under the heading “Military Construction, Air Force”, shall remain in effect until October 1, 2012, or the date of the enactment of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2013, whichever is later.
