SEC. 2205. EXTENSION OF AUTHORIZATION OF CERTAIN FISCAL YEAR 2008 PROJECT. (a) Extension.—Notwithstanding section 2002 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 (division B of Public Law 110-181; 122 Stat. 503), the authorization set forth in the table in subsection (b), as provided in section 2201(c) of that Act (122 Stat. 511) and extended by section 2206 of the Military Construction Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 (division B of Public Law 111-383; 124 Stat. 4443), shall remain in effect until October 1, 2012, or the date of an Act authorizing funds for military construction for fiscal year 2013, whichever is later.
