SEC. 2421. REDUCTION OF DEFENSE AGENCIES MILITARY CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION. Amounts previously authorized for military construction, land acquisition, and military family housing functions of the Department of Defense (other than the military departments) for fiscal years prior to fiscal year 2012 are hereby reduced by $131,400,000.
