SEC. 110. TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TRAINING INSTITUTE.
(a) [Amends §705 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000e–4).]
(b) Effective Date.—The amendment made by this section shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
