DEFINITIONS.

SEC. 902. [49 U.S.C. 40101 note] DEFINITIONS. In this title, the following definitions apply: (1) Administrator.—The term “Administrator” means the Administrator of the FAA. (2) FAA.—The term “FAA” means the Federal Aviation Administration. (3) Institution of higher education.—The term “institution of higher education” has the same meaning given the term in section 101(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1001(a)). (4) NASA.—The term “NASA” means the National Aeronautics and Space Administration. (5) NOAA.—The term “NOAA” means the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
