SEC. 510. [49 U.S.C. 47501 note] AVIATION NOISE COMPLAINTS. Not later than 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act, each owner or operator of a large hub airport (as defined in section 40102(a) of title 49, United States Code) shall publish on an Internet Web site of the airport a telephone number to receive aviation noise complaints related to the airport.
