REBASING STATE DSH ALLOTMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021.

SEC. 3203. REBASING STATE DSH ALLOTMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021. Section 1923(f) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1396r-4(f)) is amended— (1) by redesignating paragraph (8) as paragraph (9); (2) in paragraph (3)(A) by striking “paragraphs (6) and (7)” and inserting “paragraphs (6), (7), and (8)”; and (3) by inserting after paragraph (7) the following new paragraph: “(8) Rebasing of state dsh allotments for fiscal year 2021. With respect to fiscal year 2021, for purposes of applying paragraph (3)(A) to determine the DSH allotment for a State, the amount of the DSH allotment for the State under paragraph (3) for fiscal year 2020 shall be equal to the DSH allotment as reduced under paragraph (7).” .
