SEC. 4006. RIO GRANDE. Section 5056 of the Water Resources Development Act of 2007 (121 Stat. 1213) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(2)— (A) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking “2008” and inserting “2014”; and (B) in subparagraph (C), by inserting “and an assessment of needs for other related purposes in the Rio Grande Basin, including flood damage reduction” after “assessment”; (2) in subsection (c)(2)— (A) by striking “an interagency agreement with” and inserting “1 or more interagency agreements with the Secretary of State and”; and (B) by inserting “or the U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission” after “the Department of the Interior”; and (3) in subsection (f), by striking “2011” and inserting “2019”.
