SEC. 412. APPOINTMENT OF THE INSPECTOR GENERAL OF THE NATIONAL RECONNAISSANCE OFFICE. The Inspector General Act of 1978 (5 U.S.C. App.)— (1) in section 8G(a)(2), as amended by section 402, is further amended by striking “the National Reconnaissance Office,”; and (2) in section 12, as amended by section 402, is further amended— (A) in paragraph (1), by inserting “or the Director of the National Reconnaissance Office;” before “as the case may be;”; and (B) in paragraph (2), by inserting “or the National Reconnaissance Office,” before “as the case may be;”.
