SEC. 206. SUNSET DATES. [Subsections (a) and (b) were repealed by section 206(c) Public Law 115-234.]
(c) Previous Sunset Provision.—
(1) [21 U.S.C. 379j-21 note] In general.—Section 204 of the Animal Generic Drug User Fee Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-316) is repealed.
(2) Conforming amendment.—The Animal Generic Drug User Fee Act of 2008 (Public Law 110-316) is amended in the table of contents in section 1, by striking the item relating to section 204.
