SEC. 1201. FORMULA GRANTS FOR RURAL AREAS. Section 5311(c)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A) by inserting “for each fiscal year ending before October 1, 2014, and $3,328,767 for the period beginning on October 1, 2014, and ending on May 31, 2015,” before “shall be distributed”; and (2) in subparagraph (B) by inserting “for each fiscal year ending before October 1, 2014, and $16,643,836 for the period beginning on October 1, 2014, and ending on May 31, 2015,” before “shall be apportioned”.
