SEC. 3047. [49 U.S.C. 1604 note] ELIGIBILITY DETERMINATIONS FOR DISABILITY. (a) Study.—The Secretary shall conduct a study of procedures for determining disability for the purpose of obtaining off peak reduced fares under section 5(m) of the Federal Transit Act. The study should review different requirements, degree of uniformity, and degree of reciprocity between transit systems. (b) Report.—Not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall report to Congress on the results of the study conducted under this section.
