8067.In specifying the amounts requested for the Department of the Army for Arlington National Cemetery, Virginia, the budget of the President submitted to Congress shall request such amounts in the Cemeterial Expenses, Army appropriation, and shall not request such amounts in the Operation and Maintenance, Army appropriation.
