SEC. 1086. PENSACOLA, FLORIDA. (a) Study.—The Secretary shall conduct a study of the feasibility of constructing, in accordance with standards applicable to Interstate System highways, a 4-lane highway connecting Interstate Route 65 and Interstate Route 10 in the vicinity of Pensacola, Florida. (b) Report.—Not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall transmit to Congress a report on the results of the study conducted under this section, together with recommendations for the location of a corridor in which to construct the highway described in subsection (a). * * * * * * *
