226.(a)Of the funds appropriated in title II of division J of Public Law 113-76, the following amounts which became available on October 1, 2014, are hereby rescinded from the following accounts in the amounts specified:(1) Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Services, $1,400,000,000.(2) Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Support and Compliance, $100,000,000.(3) Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Facilities, $250,000,000.(b)In addition to amounts provided elsewhere in this Act, an additional amount is appropriated to the following accounts in the amounts specified to remain available until September 30, 2016:(1) Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Services, $1,400,000,000.(2) Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Support and Compliance, $100,000,000.(3) Department of Veterans Affairs, Medical Facilities, $250,000,000.
