SEC. 307. TECHNICAL CORRECTIONS. (a) [46 U.S.C. 2116] Title 46.—Section 2116(b)(1)(D) of title 46, United States Code, is amended by striking “section 93(c)” and inserting “section 93(c) of title 14”. (b) Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2006.—Section 304(a) of the Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation Act of 2006 (Public Law 109-241; 33 U.S.C. 1503 note) is amended by inserting “and from” before “the United States”. (c) Deepwater Port Act of 1974.—Section 4(i) of the Deepwater Port Act of 1974 (33 U.S.C. 1503(i)) is amended by inserting “or that will supply” after “be supplied with”.
