SEC. 316. WATCHES. Section 8104 of title 46, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subsection (d), by striking “coal passers, firemen, oilers, and water tenders” and inserting “and oilers”; and (2) in subsection (g)(1), by striking “(except the coal passers, firemen, oilers, and water tenders)”.
