SEC. 1243. LIMITATIONS ON PROVIDING CERTAIN MISSILE DEFENSE INFORMATION TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION. Section 1246(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2014 (Public Law 113-66; 127 Stat. 923) is amended— (1) in paragraph (1), by striking “2016” and inserting “2017”; (2) in paragraph (2)— (A) by inserting after “2014” the following: “or 2015”; and (B) by adding at the end before the period the following: “or information relating to velocity at burnout of United States missile defense interceptors or targets”; and (3) [22 U.S.C. 5952 note] in paragraph (3), by inserting “and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate and the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives” after “congressional defense committees”.
