RATE OF OVERTIME PAY FOR DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY EMPLOYEES PERFORMING WORK ABOARD OR DOCKSIDE IN SUPPORT OF THE NUCLEAR AIRCRAFT CARRIER FORWARD DEPLOYED IN JAPAN.

SEC. 1106. RATE OF OVERTIME PAY FOR DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY EMPLOYEES PERFORMING WORK ABOARD OR DOCKSIDE IN SUPPORT OF THE NUCLEAR AIRCRAFT CARRIER FORWARD DEPLOYED IN JAPAN. (a) In General.—Subparagraph (B) of section 5542(a)(6) of title 5, United States Code, is amended by striking “2014” and inserting “2015”. (b) Limitation on Overtime Pay.—Notwithstanding the authority provided by such section (as amended by subsection (a)), during fiscal year 2015 the Secretary of the Navy may not pay more than $250,000 in overtime pay under such section until the Director of the Office of Personnel Management submits a report containing the information described in section 1105(b)(2) of Public Law 111-383, the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011.
