EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY RELATING TO JURISDICTION OVER DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE FACILITIES FOR INTELLIGENCE COLLECTION OR SPECIAL OPERATIONS ACTIVITIES ABROAD.

SEC. 1624. [10 U.S.C. 2682 note] EXTENSION OF AUTHORITY RELATING TO JURISDICTION OVER DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE FACILITIES FOR INTELLIGENCE COLLECTION OR SPECIAL OPERATIONS ACTIVITIES ABROAD. Section 926(b) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 (Public Law 112-81; 125 Stat. 1541) is amended, in the matter before paragraph (1)— (1) by striking “September 30, 2015” and inserting “September 30, 2017”; and (2) by striking “fiscal year 2016” and inserting “fiscal year 2018”.
