SEC. 1103. STALKER DATABASE.
Section 40603 of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 (42 U.S.C. 14032) is amended by striking “$3,000,000” and all that follows and inserting “$3,000,000 for fiscal years 2014 through 2018.”.
