CONFORMING AMENDMENT.
SEC. 207. CONFORMING AMENDMENT.
(a) In General.—Section 303(b)(1)(D) (21 U.S.C. 333(b)(1)(D)) is amended by striking “503(e)(2)(A)” and inserting “503(e)(1)”.
(b) [21 U.S.C. 333 note] Effective Date.—The amendment made by subsection (a) shall take effect on January 1, 2015.
