SEC. 934. MODIFICATION OF REQUIREMENT FOR REPORT ON DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE PROGRESS IN DEFENDING THE DEPARTMENT AND THE DEFENSE INDUSTRIAL BASE FROM CYBER EVENTS. Section 935(b)(3) of the Ike Skelton National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2011 (Public Law 111-383; 124 Stat. 4339) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A), by striking “capabilities.” and inserting “capabilities, including estimated economic impacts.”; and (2) in subparagraph (B), by striking “remediation.” and inserting “remediation and estimates of economic losses resulting from such event.”.
