SEC. 561. REPEAL OF LIMITATION ON NUMBER OF MEDALS OF HONOR THAT MAY BE AWARDED TO THE SAME MEMBER OF THE ARMED FORCES. (a) Army.—Section 3744(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “medal of honor, distinguished-service cross,” and inserting “distinguished-service cross”. (b) Navy and Marine Corps.—Section 6247 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “medal of honor,”. (c) Air Force.—Section 8744(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking “medal of honor, Air Force cross,” and inserting “Air Force Cross”.
