SEC. 2806. ADDITIONAL ELEMENT FOR ANNUAL REPORT ON MILITARY HOUSING PRIVATIZATION PROJECTS. Section 2884(c)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: “, to specifically include any unique variances associated with litigation costs”.
