SEC. 2835. LAND CONVEYANCE, CAMP WILLIAMS, UTAH. (a) Conveyance Authorized.—The Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Bureau of Land Management, may convey, without consideration, to the State of Utah all right, title, and interest of the United States in and to certain lands comprising approximately 420 acres, as generally depicted on a map entitled “Proposed Camp Williams Land Transfer” and dated June 14, 2011, which are located within the boundaries of the public lands currently withdrawn for military use by the Utah National Guard and known as Camp Williams, Utah, for the purpose of permitting the Utah National Guard to use the conveyed land for military purposes. (b) Supersedence of Executive Order.—Executive Order No. 1922 of April 24, 1914, as amended by section 907 of the Camp W.G. Williams Land Exchange Act of 1989 (title IX of Public Law 101-628; 104 Stat. 4501), is hereby superseded, only insofar as it affects the lands conveyed to the State of Utah under subsection (a). (c) Reversionary Interest.—If the Secretary of the Army, in consultation with the Secretary of the Interior, determines at any time that the lands conveyed under subsection (a), or any portion thereof, are sold or attempted to be sold, or that the lands, or any portion thereof, are not being used in a manner consistent with the purpose of the conveyance specified in such subsection, all right, title, and interest in and to the lands shall, at the option of the Secretary of the Army, in consultation with the Secretary of the Interior, revert to and become the property of the United States, and the United States shall have the right of immediate entry onto the lands. A determination under this subsection shall be made on the record after an opportunity for a hearing. (d) Additional Terms.—The Secretary of the Interior, in consultation with the Secretary of the Army, may require such additional terms and conditions in connection with the conveyance under subsection (a) as the Secretary of the Interior considers appropriate to protect the interests of the United States.
