SEC. 3505. [46 U.S.C. 50302 note] STRATEGIC SEAPORTS. [Subsection (a) was repealed by section 3514(a)(1)(C) of division C of Public Law 118–31. Prior to its repeal, paragraph (1) was transferred to section 54301(a)(6) of title 46, U.S.C., redesignated as subparagraph (C) and amended. Paragraph (2) of subsection (a) was transferred to section 54301(a)(12) of title 46, U.S.C. and redesignated as subparagraph (E).] (b) Financial Assistance.—Section 50302(c)(2)(D) of title 46, United States Code, is amended by inserting “and financial assistance, including grants,” after “technical assistance”.
