SEC. 1701. (a) Notwithstanding section 1101, the amounts included under the heading “Embassy Security, Construction, and Maintenance” under title I in division I of Public Law 112-74 shall be applied to funds appropriated by this division as follows: by substituting “$938,125,000” for “$762,000,000” in the first paragraph; and by substituting “$688,499,000” for “$775,000,000” in the second paragraph. (b) Notwithstanding section 1101, the levels for the following accounts under title I in division I of Public Law 112-74 shall be applied to funds appropriated by this division as follows: “Contributions for International Peacekeeping Activities”, $2,006,499,000; “International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, Salaries and Expenses”, $43,499,000; “International Boundary and Water Commission, United States and Mexico, Construction”, $27,675,000; “American Sections, International Commissions”, $11,923,000; “International Fisheries Commissions”, $34,617,000; “Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad, Salaries and Expenses”, $606,000; “United States Commission on International Religious Freedom, Salaries and Expenses”, $2,932,000; “Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, Salaries and Expenses”, $2,443,000; “Congressional-Executive Commission on the People’s Republic of China, Salaries and Expenses”, $1,906,000; and “United States-China Economic and Security Review Commission, Salaries and Expenses”, $3,312,000.
